USERRA:  Attorney Speaking Engagement Policy

No-Fee
Mr. Johnston will consider invitations to speak from any military service affiliated organization on the subject of USERRA and related topics, so long as the meeting or seminar is for educational, not-for-profit purposes. He is not available to speak to any employer or pro-employer groups. Mr. Johnston's out-of-pocket costs, including travel expenses, must be paid by the organization requesting his services.

Fee
In some instances, Mr. Johnston will consider presentations and seminars for a fee, if the seminar or organization is for-profit. Again, however, he is not available to speak to any employer or pro-employer groups. If interested, please contact our office for Mr. Johnston's current speaking fees.
